Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, and performing daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness. They also handle cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and conduct payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Work flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am–6 pm, weekends until 5 pm. • Assess customers' storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness. • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Transport items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50% of shift walking outdoors. • Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of interior areas and exterior grounds.
