About the Role
The Routing and Logistics Expert researches, develops, and implements routing and logistics plans to boost productivity, safety, and reduce costs. The role involves communicating route changes, providing training and transition tools, and monitoring activity during implementation. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the Southern California market area, from Fresno County to San Diego County, and accommodate overnight stays ranging from a few days to several weeks. Standard business hours apply, with occasional holidays and Saturdays. • Design and redesign routing and logistics solutions using data analysis of routes, vehicles, and facilities. • Develop policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. • Communicate route changes and provide training and transition tools. • Monitor activity and productivity during implementation of optimized routes.

What You Bring
The role is primarily office‑based, requiring regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. • Valid driver’s license required. • Proficient with Excel, OPUS, MAS; strong analytical skills; E‑Route Logistics experience a plus. • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; alternatively high school diploma/GED plus two years relevant experience. • Must be willing to travel throughout Southern California market area, including overnight stays of several days to weeks. • Ability to obtain a REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative for travel.

Benefits
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a base salary estimated between $77,970 and $90,000, plus eligibility for incentive pay.
