Candidates should have at least one year of industrial or manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED (preferred), and demonstrated mechanical and basic math aptitude. A strong commitment to safety, reliability, quality, and dependable attendance on rotating shifts is required, as is the ability to promote health and safety work practices in line with regulatory standards. Physical requirements include regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for at least 80 % of the shift, and working rotating shifts as needed. • Minimum 1+ year of industrial or manufacturing experience. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lb and stand/walk for most of the shift. • Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
