What You Bring
• Must be local to Dallas or Fort Worth. • Minimum 10–15 years experience delivering large, complex programs. • Proven experience in data‑center, manufacturing, or corporate occupier projects across owner/operator, consultancy, developer or EPC models. • Demonstrated program‑management and PMO leadership, establishing processes, governance, controls, quarterly business reviews, vendor performance management and KPI development. • Strong cross‑functional team collaboration in dynamic environments. • Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, analytical and communication skills (written, presentation, verbal). • Ability to work client‑facing, driving internal teams to deliver results and ensure client satisfaction.
