About the Role

You will serve as the initial point of contact for employee and visitor inquiries, troubleshooting issues and gathering feedback to enhance comfort and care. Collaboration with the account team across Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security, Hospitality and Events will ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery. Implementing the workplace experience program on‑site will make you the face of the workplace. • Deliver exceptional client experience through proactive engagement and high‑touch service in the office. • Act as the first point of contact for employee and visitor inquiries, issue resolution, and feedback. • Coordinate with the account team to deliver experience services across facility management, housekeeping, security, hospitality and events. • Implement the workplace experience program on‑site, ensuring consistent quality for staff and guests. • Provide outstanding customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment with effective time‑management. • Work 38 hours per week (07:30–17:00) on‑site in Adelaide’s CBD or Lockleys, rotating as needed.

What You Bring

The Workplace Concierge is a parental‑cover, one‑year contract starting mid‑April. The role is based on‑site in Adelaide (CBD or Lockleys) and works 38 hours per week from 07:30 am to 5 pm on a rotating schedule. It focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience through high‑touch service and proactive communication. The role seeks candidates with prior hospitality, facilities or property‑management experience and an understanding of commercial real estate. Strong customer‑service orientation, professional demeanor and a proven track record of internal and external service excellence are essential. You must be able to juggle multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment while demonstrating superior written and verbal communication and organizational skills. • Leverage prior experience in hospitality, facility or property management and knowledge of commercial real estate.
