About the Role

The daily duties involve repairing and replacing internal finishes such as skirting boards, architraves, doors and UPVC windows, installing and adjusting kitchen units, addressing minor plumbing faults, patching plaster, carrying out tiling repairs, and providing professional painting and decorating. Additional responsibilities include garden clearances, participating in an out‑of‑hours emergency rota, recording work details on handheld devices, and maintaining tools, equipment and the company vehicle. • Repair or replace skirting boards, architraves, internal doors, and UPVC windows/doors • Install and adjust kitchen units, worktops and cupboard doors • Fix minor plumbing issues such as leaks, dripping taps and blocked sinks • Carry out patch plastering and make good damaged walls or ceilings • Perform wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing • Paint and decorate to a professional finish after repairs • Conduct garden clearances • Participate in out‑of‑hours emergency repair rota as required • Record job details, materials used and completion notes using handheld devices or job sheets • Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle in good working order • Manage daily workload efficiently to meet service level targets • Report further works, safeguarding concerns or property issues beyond scope

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have proven experience in domestic repairs across multiple trades, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently while managing a workload efficiently. Benefits

Annual salary up to £35,190 per annum, with a company van and fuel card, on a full‑time permanent contract of 42.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 8‑5) based in Gillingham.
