About the Role
The Quality Technical Lead – Press Brake (D‑Shift) role operates from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am on Friday through Sunday. The lead inspects all incoming, in‑process, and finished equipment, records inspection data, evaluates parts against blueprints and schematics, quarantines non‑conforming material, and helps design inspection procedures. Reporting is done through QC paperwork and electronic systems, with results communicated to supervisors for action. • Inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished HVAC components to company standards. • Record and report inspection data, quarantine non‑conforming material, and complete related paperwork. • Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings to evaluate parts and assemblies. • Support design and implementation of quality inspection methods and procedures. • Rotate through assembly line tasks: assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. • Learn multiple trade skills and develop a manufacturing career.
