About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative you will deliver interactive sales presentations at homeowners’ residences, set and track individual sales targets, and report on results. You will promote our products and services, develop and negotiate sales contracts, and consistently apply a positive attitude to achieve sales goals. • Use an iPad to deliver interactive in‑home sales presentations. • Set, track, and report individual sales targets while negotiating contracts.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and possesses exceptional customer‑service skills. You must be able to work evening and weekend appointments, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be comfortable using an iPad. Prior in‑home or B2C sales experience—such as windows, doors, bath remodels, kitchen design, roofing, automotive, or HVAC sales—is a strong plus, as is the ability to work independently without close supervision. • Work flexible evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. • Prior in‑home or B2C sales experience (e.g., windows, doors, remodels, HVAC) preferred.
