About the Role
In this role you will review escrow commitments, order estoppels and payoff statements, clear title requirements, and prepare CD settlement statements. You will ensure homebuyers are satisfied, participate in marketing initiatives, and maintain a welcoming lobby while handling incoming calls with polished telephone etiquette. Key duties include processing cash, loan, refinance, and other transactions from contract execution to closing, spotting potential closing issues and resolving them promptly, and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Additional responsibilities cover clerical work such as maintaining log books, managing office supplies, printer and copier administration, and handling mailing and postage distribution. • Review escrow commitments, order estoppels and payoff statements, and clear title requirements. • Prepare CD settlement statements and ensure homebuyer satisfaction. • Manage lobby area, greet guests professionally, and handle inbound calls with polished etiquette. • Process cash, loan, refinance, and other transactions from contract execution to closing. • Identify potential closing issues and resolve them promptly and professionally. • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. • Perform clerical duties such as maintaining log books, ordering office supplies, and managing printer/copier equipment. • Distribute mail and handle mailing/postage tasks.

What You Bring
