About the Role

The Customer Development Manager – Modern Trade role is focused on delivering Better Care for a Better World by building and managing a portfolio of iconic, ground‑breaking Kimberly‑Clark brands. You will leverage your professional expertise and drive to support sales growth across international key accounts, hypermarkets, and local supermarket chains. • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets in Modern Trade accounts. • Achieve regional sales KPIs across international key accounts, hypermarkets, and local supermarkets. • Manage the Trade Promotional budget and allocated Trade Funds to drive profitable sales mix. • Create, execute, and evaluate promotion strategies aligned with annual sales, marketing, and category plans. • Utilize business management tools (PTCS, SPO) to monitor Trade Promotion Fund performance. • Conduct daily customer engagement activities to ensure targets are met within budget spend rates. • Lead and direct merchandisers and promoters for effective in‑store execution of business plans. • Build strategic, cross‑functional relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels. • Implement customers' trading terms, business plans, financial viability analyses, and pricing strategies.

What You Bring

To succeed, you need a bachelor’s degree (or diploma) and at least two years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG. Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a passion for working with people are essential.
