Provide traffic and transport engineering services for planning and design projects.

About the Role
In this role you will plan and design transport projects that address local streets, urban development, major roads and multimodal systems, while supporting road safety initiatives. You will collaborate with senior engineers to deliver technical input and contribute to creating sustainable communities. • Conduct site inspections to collect road environment, traffic, safety, and parking data. • Plan, supervise and execute traffic and parking surveys. • Develop and administer questionnaires. • Create engineering and planning documents, including traffic models, impact assessments, safety audits, reports, plans and schedules. • Provide design advice for intersection and parking layouts, considering spaces, aisles and grades. • Gather and analyze crash data. • Perform road safety assessments.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of traffic engineering experience with software such as SIDRA. • Consulting experience in a similar role. • Knowledge of best practice standards, guidelines, trends and legislation for traffic and transport solutions. • Excellent communication skills for presenting analyses to diverse audiences.
