About the Role

You will work closely with our senior leadership and cross-functional teams—including finance, engineering, and regulatory affairs—to support the analysis, strategy, and financial planning for Hadron’s micro modular reactor deployment. What You Bring

This is a full-time internship role based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY with flexibility for remote opportunities. The position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in finance, market analysis, and energy policy, who are passionate about advancing scalable, carbon-free technology. This is an application for our Business Development team and will provide hands-on experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and market research to support Hadron's commercial goals. • Demonstrated interest in clean energy, infrastructure, or technology commercialization • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling or market research • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills • Familiarity with energy markets or project finance is a plus
