About the Role

You will work alongside a senior Product Manager to oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, finance, brand marketing, and channel teams to create new products, launch programs, and promotional initiatives that align with company objectives. You will also conduct end‑user and competitive market research to set pricing, margin, and profitability targets, develop short‑ and long‑term strategic plans for a retail and industrial portfolio, and stay attuned to industry trends to inform successful launches. Additional duties include validating product‑critical‑to‑quality (CTQ) specifications, testing with end users, and delivering product training to internal and external stakeholders. • Manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery with guidance from Product Manager. • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, and channel teams to develop new products. • Create product launch and sales promotion programs. • Develop marketing collateral, point‑of‑purchase displays, advertising materials, and web content. • Conduct end‑user and competitive market research to set pricing, margin, and profitability targets. • Formulate short‑ and long‑term strategic plans for a retail and industrial product portfolio. • Monitor industry trends and integrate user insights into product development. • Validate product CTQs, conduct testing and claims verification with end users. • Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders. • Apply SBD and industry standard product development protocols.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, and brings 0‑3 years of product‑management exposure.
