About the Role

The role focuses on financial planning, analysis and reporting of SG&A costs for the IET organization, managing a cost pool exceeding $1 B annually, and providing insights to senior leadership to shape mid‑ to long‑term strategies. • Manage the full financial cycle (long‑range plan, annual budget, quarterly forecasts) for the IET organization. • Consolidate, analyze, and report SG&A costs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clear communication to senior leadership. • Define and track KPIs to measure performance across the organization. • Analyze cost trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability and cash performance. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior functional and operational leaders to support informed decision‑making. • Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, including coordination with dotted‑line and non‑direct reports, promoting best practices and professional growth.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. • Minimum 5–7 years of FP&A operations experience. • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Demonstrated interpersonal, leadership and problem‑solving abilities. • Proven capability to lead programs/projects and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
