About the Role
The Mixer Driver role involves operating a ready‑mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer sites. The position requires careful pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, accurate paperwork, and a commitment to safety, quality and customer service while working outdoors. The work is performed at active construction sites under varying weather conditions, with exposure to noise, heat, cold and humidity. The driver regularly climbs in and out of the vehicle, loads and unloads material, and must remain vigilant to safety hazards. • Operate a ready‑mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip equipment inspections. • Deliver high‑quality concrete while maintaining excellent customer service. • Complete delivery tickets and required documentation accurately. • Follow all safety, environmental and company policies on the road and at sites. • Safely handle heavy equipment in a fast‑paced environment. • Maintain a dependable, professional approach to customer interactions. • Work outdoors in varying weather and job‑site conditions.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid CDL with the appropriate endorsements, be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and be at least 19 years old.
