About the Role
The Central Service Dispatcher role supports the Central Service Manager by ensuring timely receipt and delivery of equipment across customers and Sunbelt locations while complying with company and DOT standards. Key duties include coordinating and dispatching road mechanics, creating and monitoring mechanic, receipt, and maintenance schedules, reviewing driver logs, conducting daily truck inspections, assisting other stores with equipment needs, handling customer complaints, reporting issues to supervisors, and providing feedback on equipment delivery and receipt. • Coordinate and dispatch road mechanics for timely equipment service • Create and monitor schedules for mechanics, equipment receipt, and maintenance • Review driver logs and perform daily truck inspections per DOT standards • Collaborate with other store locations to fulfill customer equipment needs • Resolve customer complaints professionally and report issues to supervisors • Provide feedback on equipment delivery and receipt to regional/district personnel • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school education, knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, at least two years of experience with construction or industrial equipment, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to lift 50 lb and perform repetitive movements such as bending, squatting, and standing for long periods. • High school diploma or equivalent required • Knowledge of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations • Minimum two years experience with construction/industrial equipment • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment • Ability to lift 50 lb, bend, squat, crouch, and work indoors/outdoors for extended periods
