About the Role
• Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data from ERP, MES, and other systems. • Build dashboards and reports for financial KPIs and operational metrics using Power BI. • Conduct variance, trend, and forecasting analyses to support budgeting and planning. • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend process improvements. • Manage end‑to‑end grant applications, ensuring documentation, compliance, and timely reporting. • Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering teams to align data strategies with business goals. • Prepare grant records, progress reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

What You Bring
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Required: Strong data visualization and storytelling skills; proficiency in Excel and SAP/Sage. • Required: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Desired: Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Power BI. • Desired: Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and lean principles. • Desired: Proactive, collaborative problem‑solving attitude.
