About the Role

In this role you will support all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, lead multiple crews on job sites, uphold safety standards, meet project deadlines, and ensure quality outcomes. You will also provide high‑level customer service when interacting with clients. • Develop team’s telecom construction skills (aerial and underground). • Lead by example to reinforce company‑wide safety culture. • Drive crews to meet project deadlines and deliver quality work. • Provide high‑level customer service during client interactions. • Direct multiple crews and coordinate job‑site activities. • Maintain daily safety practices and prioritize safe work habits. • Lead construction crews, mentor team members, and coach on‑site. • Apply telecom construction expertise (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading). • Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are safety‑conscious, have a proven record of high‑quality work, and enjoy hands‑on problem solving. You should be an experienced leader who mentors crews, possesses telecom construction knowledge such as coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading, and can troubleshoot field issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software are required, as are relevant MOS codes. • Consistently produce high‑quality results and solve complex problems hands‑on. • Utilize Microsoft Office and adapt to custom software tools. • Leverage relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591).
