What You Bring

Education or experience that prepares you for success includes a high school diploma or GED, experience with common construction and industrial tools, and some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair. Knowledge, skills, and abilities needed include effective written and oral communication with customers, basic math, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, general mechanical aptitude, a safety focus, and possibly bilingual ability depending on location. Physical demands involve bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working both indoors and outdoors as required. Base pay ranges from $17.75 to $23.72, with the starting rate varying based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
