About the Role
The Executive – Facilities role in Chennai is responsible for overseeing the facility management service delivery during a 48‑hour weekly shift. The incumbent ensures high‑priority tasks are completed, escalations are addressed promptly, and all operational areas function smoothly. The position covers helpdesk, mailroom, front office, security, housekeeping, cafeteria, and general operations, requiring coordination with vendors, internal teams, and VIP clients. Daily briefings, walk‑throughs, reporting, and compliance with SLA/KPI and audit standards are essential. • Respond to priority helpdesk and mailroom escalations during the shift and manage accident/crisis incidents. • Oversee front office operations, conduct lobby and restroom rounds, and ensure high housekeeping standards. • Coordinate security briefings, staff deployment, VIP visit updates, and enforce GAP norms and vendor performance metrics. • Manage housekeeping muster, conduct facility walkthroughs, close Siebel calls within TAT, and track snags. • Supervise cafeteria hygiene, menu display, food sampling, vendor audits, and maintain cost and quality of meals. • Ensure general area upkeep, maintain duty logs, adhere to policies, SLAs, and support ISO and audit documentation. • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports, update OLA tool, and conduct fire drill and pest‑control activities. • Create and review rosters for DM, Helpdesk and Mailroom, compile MMR/FL templates, and interview security, housekeeping and helpdesk candidates.
