Job Highlights
About the Role
• Work directly with Service Sales staff to implement new contracts after sale • Manage and submit monthly project and commission reports for all Service Sales team members • Review service reports and bill completed work promptly • Verify client billing accuracy by cross‑checking hours, purchase orders, and contract rates • Create, manage, and maintain client rate sheets in MEC2’s Sage system • Field incoming customer calls as needed • Generate purchase orders for technicians and sales staff • Coordinate training logistics for technicians as requested by the Service Field Technical Advisor • Maintain a report of training costs • Keep meticulous files and update customer information in MEC2’s operating system • Provide backup support for Service Coordinator and Service Procurement Agent • Access all facility areas to determine purchasing needs; travel may be required

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (highly preferred) • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail • Effective time‑management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines • Thorough understanding of company materials and supplies • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer • Ability to lift up to 15 lb occasionally
