About the Role
Key duties include creating, editing, and proofreading marketing collateral such as information memorandums, pitch decks, property presentations, emailers, brochures, flyers and proposals, as well as managing end‑to‑end marketing support for all assignments. The manager also assists the transaction team with RFPs, pitches and mandate presentations, coordinates integrated campaigns with internal stakeholders, and maintains accurate marketing assets, listings and databases across platforms. • Drive marketing initiatives for the Agency Leasing business. • Create, edit, and proofread various marketing collaterals (IMs, pitch decks, presentations, emailers, brochures, flyers, proposals). • Manage end‑to‑end marketing support for all assignments. • Support transaction team with RFPs, pitches, and mandate presentations to deliver client‑ready materials. • Coordinate integrated campaigns with internal stakeholders. • Implement property‑specific marketing strategies, including online listings, campaigns, and client outreach. • Maintain and update marketing assets, listings, and databases for accuracy and consistency. • Stay abreast of emerging commercial‑real‑estate marketing trends and apply best practices. • Produce professional‑grade presentations and client‑facing collateral. • Manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Participate in a company committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.

The Manager – Marketing – Agency Leasing role supports the Agency Leasing business by planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives that raise property visibility, back leasing mandates, and help the transaction team effectively engage occupiers and stakeholders. Success in this position depends on strong coordination, content development, and campaign execution skills that are aligned with commercial real‑estate leasing objectives. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or real‑estate marketing, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and tight timelines in a fast‑paced environment, is essential; prior exposure to commercial real estate or agency leasing is a plus. • Possess 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or real‑estate marketing. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail. • Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, MS Office and digital marketing platforms. • Prior exposure to commercial real estate, agency leasing, or professional services is advantageous.
