About the Role

The position requires leading the day‑to‑day operations of an apartment community, ensuring efficient management and strong resident satisfaction. • Direct and oversee daily operations of community staff • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required reports • Manage on‑site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation • Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects • Achieve high resident retention and leasing targets

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license • Minimum two years of apartment management experience (Tax Credit experience preferred) • Strong leadership and team‑building skills • Excellent high‑school‑level mathematical skills
