Job Highlights
About the Role
The Senior Analyst will lead quantitative and qualitative analysis for project assignments, building cash‑flow models, conducting market analysis, testing inputs, and summarizing results. They will act as Task Lead for portions of advisory assignments, creating report and presentation content, coordinating staff, and presenting findings to clients. The analyst will also support the broader Advisory practice by providing financial modeling input, advising on proposals, and reviewing deliverables. Under senior staff guidance the analyst will develop and maintain a database of analysis resources, including Excel models, report templates, default inputs, and research sources. Service areas may include business case analysis, development feasibility, highest‑and‑best‑use studies, funding strategies, economic impact analysis, decarbonization, affordable housing, office‑to‑residential conversions, and other policy or master‑planning studies. • Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, building cash‑flow models and market studies. • Serve as Task Lead, preparing reports/presentations and presenting findings to clients. • Provide financial modeling input across Advisory projects and review deliverables. • Create and maintain Excel models, templates, and research databases under senior staff guidance. • Support service areas such as business case analysis, feasibility studies, funding strategies, economic impact, decarbonization, affordable housing, and more.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Planning or a related field and at least four years of relevant experience. Preferred candidates have five or more years of experience, a master’s degree, advanced Excel modeling skills, experience assembling financing for real‑estate or capital projects, and a background in public‑sector policy or funding programs. Strong research, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. • Minimum: Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or Planning plus 4 + years relevant experience. • Preferred: 5+ years experience, Master’s degree, advanced Excel modeling, real‑estate financing, and public‑sector project exposure. • Strong research, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

The position offers a hybrid work model in the primary location of Dallas, TX, with a salary range of $100,000‑$150,000 and does not provide visa sponsorship.
