About the Role
• Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts to meet or exceed annual sales and gross‑margin targets. • Develop long‑term relationships and partnerships with assigned accounts. • Perform take‑offs and bid projects across the full spectrum of ALC offerings. • Drive design specifications toward ALC offerings with consulting engineers. • Collaborate with consulting engineers to write project specifications that match building needs and add customer value. • Negotiate scope, specifications, pricing, and terms with contractors. • Deliver compelling presentations to owners and their representatives. • Use sales tools to plan, document progress, and increase business opportunities within accounts. • Generate high activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales cycle to close. • Communicate effectively with external customers and internal staff to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction. • Act as the customer’s advocate.

What You Bring
The company is seeking a Sr. Controls Sales Executive to expand the new‑construction customer base and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at building relationships, and delivers outstanding customer service while coaching less‑experienced sales specialists. • Position Automated Logic as the preferred building‑automation design solution. • High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years experience in HVAC, building automation systems, or HVAC controls; 2+ years sales experience; valid driver’s license. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, business, or related field. • Proven commercial building and HVAC controls sales experience with an established industry network. • Skilled in value‑engineering control‑system designs and proposing cost‑effective alternatives. • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications. • Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, multitasking, and communication skills. • Team player willing to collaborate on projects.
