About the Role

• Support pursuit teams with proposal and interview materials • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status • File proposal and presentation materials upon submission • Manage client relationship and financial systems for reporting metrics and dashboards • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems • Arrange professional photography for projects • Assist development of annual and long‑term strategic plans, growth initiatives, and strategic investments • Implement key growth initiatives and investments per strategic plans • Develop and implement client plans to capture market share • Solicit formal client feedback • Administer go/no‑go decision process per HDR’s Matrix of Authority • Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen brand and showcase thought leaders • Create and publish engaging digital content reflecting HDR’s brand • Implement social media campaigns • Execute strategies to elevate HDR’s brand and technical talent with industry associations • Create marketing collateral for business development • Develop internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars) • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings (in‑person or virtual) • Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits, conferences, recruiting • Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices • Participate in professional organizations (SMPS, WTS, etc.)

What You Bring

The coordinator must thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, manage multiple projects, pay close attention to detail, work independently with limited supervision, and excel in teamwork and collaboration. • Articulate HDR’s capabilities and competitive advantages • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience • Deep knowledge of A/E/C industry procurement processes • Willingness to travel and engage in‑person • Minimum 5 years document layout and production experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational ability and multitasking • Analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making skills • Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) • Proven self‑starter with ability to complete projects with limited oversight
