About the Role
The Assistant Manager – Soft Services (Work Dynamics) role focuses on creating a safer, cleaner and aesthetically comfortable environment for colleagues and visitors. You will plan and execute daily housekeeping operations, as well as preparations for events, meetings, conferences, client interactions and VIP visits, covering pest control, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and overseeing related contracts. • Plan and execute daily housekeeping, event, meeting and VIP visit preparations, including pest control and carpet/upholstery cleaning. • Manage annual maintenance and rate contracts for soft‑service operations. • Conduct daily operations planning, quickly resolve issues, and propose facility‑performance improvements. • Coordinate with vendors, review their services and address service‑related problems. • Lead, develop and motivate a team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. • Work on‑site in Gurugram with a 40‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring
The position requires mobility and the ability to work anywhere, performing daily operations planning and execution to maintain high standards. You will quickly identify and resolve mix‑ups or jams, contribute ideas to improve facility performance, and regularly engage with vendors to review services and address any issues. Candidates should hold a graduate degree in any discipline and have 5–7 years of experience in facilities management or housekeeping operations, preferably in a 5‑star hotel. Tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management or business are a plus. Strong teamwork skills are essential; you must be able to set up and lead a team, drive positive changes and follow through on initiatives while collaborating effectively with others. • Hold a graduate degree and 5–7 years of facilities or housekeeping management experience (preferably in a 5‑star hotel). • Possess tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management or business (preferred). • Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication and change‑leadership abilities.
