About the Role
In this role you will define project objectives, manage schedules and budgets, oversee administrative and material tasks, and monitor teams or subcontractors to ensure projects stay on time and on budget while mitigating safety, ethics, and quality risks. • Lead and manage volume installation, construction, and modernization projects. • Develop project objectives, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against them. • Coordinate administrative, material, and documentation tasks with subcontractors. • Mitigate safety, ethics, and quality risks in collaboration with project teams. • Liaise with local authorities for permits, inspections, and document submissions. • Ensure customer satisfaction and improve profitability through engineering support. • Deliver comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. • Recognize performance with spot bonuses and celebrate service anniversaries. • Provide intensive training in technology, processes, and soft skills.

What You Bring
