About the Role

The Sales Executive role at LoopNet is a growth‑oriented position that represents sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. Executives partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and demonstrate ROI using proprietary analytics. Daily activities include prospecting, market research, product demonstrations, and leveraging CoStar’s industry expertise to build a client portfolio. • Relationship Management – build client relationships via consultative sales to drive advertising revenue and act as trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans. • Business Development – prospect new clients using CoStar’s property data to generate sales and close business. • Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar colleagues to increase sales revenue. • Business Industry Acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends within territory. • Customer Focus – deliver outstanding support through regular value‑added communication, market insights, and solutions. • Conduct regular in‑person meetings, requiring travel by car and possibly beyond office radius.

What You Bring

New Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training to master product knowledge, industry fundamentals, and digital‑marketing skills. They work closely with internal experts, product marketing, and product management to build market credibility and represent the brand effectively. • Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience. • At least 2 years commercial real‑estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit, in‑person university or college. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer‑experience focus. • Current valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. • Experience building long‑term relationships and partnerships with senior/C‑suite clients. • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics. • Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team.
