About the Role

The IT Vendor Manager enables effective sourcing decisions, conducts partnership reviews, and develops relationships with IT suppliers to ensure delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective IT products and services. The role focuses on supplier relationship management, contract administration, supplier partnering, escalations and commercial governance. The manager works closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive value, compliance and continuous improvement. • Administer and maintain supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and handling renewals or amendments. • Evaluate commercial terms, pricing structures and cost frameworks to secure optimal value and identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Support procurement of IT products and services, conduct market assessments, benchmark suppliers and perform due‑diligence. • Conduct supplier partnership reviews, manage performance, address non‑performance and maintain a competitive supplier ecosystem. • Build and maintain effective relationships with IT suppliers and strategic partners, escalating issues and driving service improvement. • Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders to align supplier solutions with business outcomes. • Facilitate access to supplier innovation and adoption of new technologies. • Support IT budgeting, forecasting and financial management of supplier contracts while ensuring governance compliance.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in IT vendor and contract management within complex, multi‑supplier environments. • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to analyze pricing and cost frameworks. • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. • Working knowledge of the IT industry, technology suppliers and performance escalation processes. • Degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience; IT Foundation accreditation.
