About the Role
The intern will support office IT functions, work alongside analysts, and cooperate with regional teams to deliver services across the national consulting firm. Emphasis is placed on customer-focused problem solving and effective communication. • Provide daily IT support while shadowing IT Analysts. • Collaborate with local and regional IT teams to deliver support services for a national engineering firm. • Prioritize, troubleshoot, resolve issues, and follow up with internal clients. • Configure and troubleshoot Windows 10 PC issues. • Install and support enterprise applications on Windows Server 2016. • Install printers, copiers, plotters, and other office equipment. • Configure and use mobile devices (iPads, smartphones).

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related discipline and brings prior customer service experience. Required technical skills include Windows 10 troubleshooting, Windows Server 2016 application support, and the ability to set up office hardware, while strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential. Additional assets include experience with CAD or engineering software and certifications such as MCP, A+, Network+ or Cisco CCNA. Familiarity with mobile device setup and a broad knowledge of Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals are also valued. • Demonstrate passion for technology, business mindset, customer-service attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field. • Possess prior customer service experience. • Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and customer service communication skills. • Show high aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies. • Efficiently solve problems and clearly explain solutions. • Experience with CAD/engineering applications; MCP, A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA certification a plus. • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange 365, Windows Server 2016, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
