Sr. Business Analyst - Hybrid

About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst role sits within the Data & Analytics team and offers a hybrid work model. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, develop data preparation plans, design visualizations, validate dashboards, document requirements, act as a liaison between business and technical teams, maintain project tracking tools, recommend process improvements, and deliver demos and training, all while applying data‑governance and Agile practices. • Partner with business stakeholders to define problems, objectives, and requirements. • Develop data preparation plans to identify and address data gaps. • Design visualization strategies to convey insights for decision‑making. • Perform data and dashboard validation using Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL. • Document business requirements, technical specifications, and project deliverables. • Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment. • Manage analytics task and project tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence. • Recommend process improvements and data‑driven strategies to enhance outcomes. • Create and deliver demos and training sessions across the organization. • Apply data governance, Agile, and project management practices to analytics initiatives. • Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of business analysis or data analytics experience, preferably in consumer products, are required. • Proficient in Snowflake and SQL; experienced with Power BI or Tableau. • Excellent written and verbal communication for non‑technical audiences. • Strong critical and creative thinking for data‑driven problem solving. • Proven cross‑functional collaboration in fast‑paced environments. • Highly organized with strong documentation and information‑transfer skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus. • Minimum 5 years of business analysis or data analytics experience, preferably in consumer products.
