About the Role
• Answer and screen all incoming calls courteously and professionally. • Receive and process community mail. • Maintain and update emergency phone number log and resident emergency face sheets. • Monitor security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front‑door security. • Order and maintain office supplies. • Assist the Business Operations Director with administrative tasks. • Participate in all scheduled in‑service training. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and community policies.

What You Bring
Physical duties include standing, walking, sitting, and using fine and gross motor skills, as well as lifting up to 25 lb with proper body mechanics. The associate must also monitor security systems and respond to resident emergencies. Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and strong interpersonal skills to relate to a variety of people. Experience with senior populations and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, with the ability to learn new applications.
