About the Role
Key duties include managing inbound and outbound goods by inspecting, confirming, and receiving items against purchase orders or shipping documents, verifying data, and resolving any issues with shipments. You will load and off‑load goods from trailers and couriers, coordinate with freight companies, and work with production, engineering, and supply‑chain planners to locate products and address material discrepancies. Additional tasks involve performing inspections and updating information in the system. • Receive inbound goods, inspect, confirm, and match to purchase orders. • Prepare and ship outbound orders in line with customer requirements. • Load and unload trailers and courier shipments. • Coordinate with freight companies and internal teams. • Resolve inbound shipment discrepancies and update system records. • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply‑chain planners to locate products. • Perform regular inspections of goods and documentation.

What You Bring
Do you have experience in light industrial shipping and receiving processes? Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position will be responsible for receiving inbound goods to the EPC using our supply chain management tools and preparing outbound orders in compliance with customer requirements. The role is based in Edmonton, AB, and supports a team dedicated to improving lives and safeguarding the environment through our products and services. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, a high school diploma or GED, and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship. Required skills include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, basic Excel proficiency, and an understanding of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) is an asset. Applicants must reside within an 80 km radius of Edmonton; relocation is not offered. • Minimum two years of warehouse or manufacturing experience. • High school diploma or GED required. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel. • Understanding of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) is an asset. • Legally authorized to work in Canada; must reside within 80 km of Edmonton.
