About the Role
The Mobile Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment in assigned facilities. The role assists Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians while also performing defined tasks independently. Day‑to‑day duties include interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment upkeep (meat grinder, slicer, etc.), minor plumbing repairs, and lighting replacement. The technician also handles painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and is on call for after‑hours emergencies, while documenting work performance and material procurement. • Clean HVAC/R and evaporator coils. • Service kitchen equipment such as meat grinders, slicers, and cubers. • Perform minor plumbing fixes and replace lighting bulbs and ballasts. • Execute painting, locksmith tasks, and respond to tenant service requests. • Remain on call for after‑hours emergencies. • Document work performed and track material usage.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high‑school diploma or GED, a valid state driver’s license, and at least one year of experience in general building repair, basic plumbing, and basic electrical. Physical requirements include lifting a minimum of 80 lb and using ladders up to 30 ft, and applicants must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screenings and be willing to join Local Union 399. Self‑motivated individuals who can work independently or in a team and comply with JLL and client policies are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Possess high‑school diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license. • Have at least one year of experience in building repair, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work. • Meet physical requirements: lift 80 lb, use ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate mechanical/electrical aptitude. • Pass background, drug/alcohol, and motor‑vehicle‑record screenings and be willing to join Union 399.

The estimated compensation range is $36.00–$36.93 per hour, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, and market conditions. This remote position is based in Appleton, WI.
