Our Orange office is looking for a Civil Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our Land Development team. The role focuses on civil design within land development projects. • Work with minimal supervision on day‑to‑day tasks • 8+ years of relevant experience • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products • Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills, and desire to learn • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Willingness to mentor and teach others • Detail‑oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self‑starter
