About the Role
Associa is currently looking for a Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team. In this role you will work closely with clients, vendors, and other Associa departments, providing excellent customer service and managing multiple projects. The Community Association Manager acts as the primary liaison with association boards and homeowners, travels to client sites for meetings, inspections, and events, prepares annual disclosure and financial packages, reviews monthly financial reports, and advises boards on major capital expenditures. Other duties may be assigned as needed. • Serve as primary liaison between the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk‑throughs, and represent the company at community events. • Prepare and distribute annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements in accordance with statutes. • Review monthly financial reports and deliver management summaries to the Board. • Provide recommendations on major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operations.

What You Bring
The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in community management or related customer‑service fields, strong business correspondence skills, conflict‑resolution abilities, teamwork, and effective time‑management to meet deadlines. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or a related industry. • Strong business correspondence skills (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling). • Skilled in customer service and conflict resolution. • Ability to work effectively in person and in group settings. • Strong prioritization, time‑management, and deadline‑meeting abilities.
