About the Role

Key responsibilities include end‑to‑end management of the connectivity scope across multiple data‑center projects, overseeing cabling installation, testing and labeling, and coordinating with construction, MEP, electrical, design, commissioning and network activation teams. The manager ensures compliance with TIA/EIA, BICSI and client‑specific standards, drives adoption of program‑management processes and information‑management systems, gathers and translates design requirements, validates standardised design approaches, secures funding, defines contracting and procurement strategies, monitors schedules, documentation and risks, enforces change‑control, oversees vendor performance, manages operational readiness and project closeout, and implements continuous‑improvement initiatives. SOX control responsibilities may also apply. • Lead connectivity scope across multiple data‑center construction projects. • Oversee structured cabling, fiber, copper pathways, network rooms, racks, terminations, testing, labeling and readiness. • Coordinate integration with construction, MEP, electrical, design, commissioning and network activation teams. • Ensure compliance with TIA/EIA, BICSI, client‑specific and corporate design standards. • Drive adoption of program‑management processes and approved information‑management systems. • Translate client and stakeholder design requirements into a program design brief. • Standardise design approaches to improve efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and value. • Secure project funding in line with governance structures before initiating capital works. • Define contracting strategies and data‑driven procurement, including pre‑qualification and tendering. • Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance for the connectivity scope. • Develop and maintain master schedules based on historical data. • Manage documentation, data collection, storage and dissemination throughout the project. • Identify, assess and mitigate risks and opportunities across connected projects. • Enforce robust change‑control processes evaluating scope, cost, schedule and quality impacts. • Lead operational readiness, transition and handover to network activation groups. • Conduct project closeout analysis of cost, schedule, quality and lessons learned. • Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives and best practices. • May be responsible for SOX controls where applicable.

What You Bring

The firm is seeking a Connectivity Program Manager to oversee low‑voltage, network and telecommunications infrastructure within large‑scale data‑center construction programs. The role leads planning, coordination and delivery of structured cabling, fiber, copper, network racks, pathways and related telecom systems while aligning with construction, design, commissioning, procurement, cost and governance requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong program‑management expertise, stakeholder leadership and technical knowledge of network/low‑voltage systems. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, 5–7+ years of relevant experience, strong understanding of structured cabling and telecom infrastructure, and solid knowledge of program‑management best practices such as budgeting, forecasting, planning, design, schedule and scope control. Candidates must be able to read construction drawings, be familiar with HSSE policies, proficient in MS Office and program‑management tools, and possess excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑engagement skills. Preferred experience includes hyperscale data‑center projects, BICSI/RCDD/PMP certification, and managing connectivity vendors and contractors. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field. • 5–7+ years of program‑management, data‑center construction or connectivity experience. • Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, network connectivity and telecom infrastructure. • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, planning, design, schedule and scope control. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts. • Familiarity with HSSE policies and requirements. • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and data‑management tools. • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑engagement skills. • Preferred: hyperscale data‑center experience, BICSI/RCDD/PMP certification, vendor management expertise.
