About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily Grand at Cibolo is responsible for providing maintenance support and ensuring resident satisfaction through quality move‑ins, timely service, and personal attention. The role acts as a primary point of contact for resident service requests, helping Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service. Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments by painting, carpet cleaning, repairs and housekeeping; completing resident service requests promptly; and performing a broad range of maintenance tasks such as plumbing, pool upkeep, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, painting, caulking, snow removal, and addressing life‑safety issues. The supervisor also maintains grounds, pools, common areas and dog parks, conducts on‑call emergency procedures, reports budget‑impacting maintenance issues, schedules and records preventative maintenance, and stays current with housing codes and company training. • Prepare market‑ready apartments (paint, carpet cleaning, repairs, housekeeping) • Complete resident service requests promptly • Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, pool, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, painting, caulking, snow removal, and life‑safety tasks • Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks, ensuring cleanliness and safety • Execute on‑call emergency procedures and report budget‑impacting maintenance issues • Schedule, conduct, and document preventative maintenance activities • Stay informed of state, local, and federal housing laws and complete required training • Work any shift Sunday‑Saturday to meet business needs

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess at least three years of related experience, and have an EPA‑608 Type II certification or equivalent CPO license where required. A valid driver’s license, knowledge of safe chemical use, basic math proficiency, and the ability to work any shift from Sunday to Saturday are also required, along with adherence to Cushman & Wakefield safety policies. The position operates in a professional office setting but frequently requires travel between properties and work in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include prolonged standing and walking, climbing ladders or stairs, lifting up to 100 lb, and being stationary for up to 85 % of the time, with occasional travel up to 10 % of work hours. • Hold EPA‑608 Type II or equivalent CPO certification and a valid driver’s license • Demonstrate arithmetic proficiency and safe use of cleaning agents/equipment

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $28.05 to $33.00 per hour, and the role includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, retirement, life and disability insurance, as well as paid time off.
