About the Role
• Conduct data collection and analysis to identify key themes and trends. • Recommend technical developments to improve website/portal/applications and supporting infrastructure. • Manage technical troubleshooting projects, diagnosing issues and developing solutions. • Contribute to research programs and achieve specific goals within established systems. • Develop personal capabilities through training, accreditation, and ongoing education. • Create product specifications, test procedures, and standards. • Deliver small- to medium‑scale projects within program management plans. • Produce complex engineering drawings to communicate solutions. • Lead major equipment rebuilds and guide installation of complex systems. • Design process engineering methods, specifying plant, machinery, and equipment for cost‑effective production. • Develop engineering solutions and validation processes meeting functional, performance, aesthetic, and regulatory criteria. • Operate and monitor complex installation systems, making design recommendations. • Manage relationships with small clients and support senior staff with larger key clients.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. • Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one. • 5–10 years of experience designing electrical power generation, distribution, and utilization systems (high‑voltage substations, protective relaying, UPS, lighting, grounding, etc.). • Experience planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring engineering projects. • Familiarity with water and wastewater project requirements (beneficial). • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit (beneficial). • Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and other electrical codes and standards. • Experience with ETAP, SKM or similar power study software (a plus). • Experience using AGi32 lighting design software. • Basic understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
