About the Role
The Structural Digital Delivery Lead works within the Resources Business Group on multi‑discipline engineering design projects such as waste transfer facilities, electrical substations, natural gas compressor stations, and LNG facilities. The role collaborates closely with the RBG Digital Design and Delivery Lead, utilizing Autodesk Revit to develop BIM content, create templates and standards, and support technical execution across project teams. • Lead Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, managing the digital model environment and project deliverables. • Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures, including server infrastructure and discipline models. • Execute digital deliverables throughout the project lifecycle and provide technical support to production teams. • Monitor model health and coordination processes to ensure quality from planning to construction documents. • Mentor team members and guide autonomous execution of digital tasks. • Oversee document management system setup and server infrastructure for multi‑discipline projects. • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and maintain BIM content libraries across RBG practices.

What You Bring
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and related add‑ins and workflows. • Experience with Autodesk Plant 3D and Civil 3D. • Knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks, and InfraWorks. • Familiarity with ProjectWise or ProjectWise 365. • Experience using BlueBeam and other PDF editors. • Understanding of model clash detection techniques. • Technical degree or equivalent education and experience. • Minimum 5 years in BIM authoring and 5 years in model management. • Deep understanding of interdisciplinary building systems and coordination. • Advanced skills in 3D design software, coordination tools, and document management. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools. • Knowledge of industry standards, discipline codes, and specifications. • Ability to create and manage BIM content and automation scripts. • Strong client service, communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. • Energetic work ethic and enthusiasm.
