About the Role

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the operations of the NWPA Albion office and ensure each project site office is supported by a qualified office coordinator. The role involves managing day‑to‑day office functions, supporting staff across projects, and coordinating resources and relationships to keep the work environment running smoothly. • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Albion office. • Oversee reception and administration functions, providing support and training across projects. • Recruit, induct and mentor office coordinators for site offices. • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, suppliers and sub‑contractors to schedule deliveries and work. • Ensure sub‑contractors follow processes and receive proper induction. • Coordinate printers under the master agreement, reconcile monthly invoices and handle new printer requests. • Manage and reconcile the petty‑cash float. • Develop and implement consistent office policies across the program. • Organise catering for office events such as meetings, presentations and training. • Manage mobilisation and demobilisation of site offices. • Update email distribution lists in line with employee mobilisation and demobilisation. • Assist the Executive Assistant to the AGM and managers with ad‑hoc tasks.

What You Bring

• Certificate II, III, or IV in Business Administration. • Several years of experience in an office environment. • Proven experience providing senior‑level support. • Basic knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. • Understanding of administrative practices, document management procedures and records‑management systems.
