About the Role
The Operational Technology Asset Manager will play a critical role in managing, tracking, and optimizing OT assets across JLL‑managed facilities. This includes overseeing the full lifecycle of hardware, software, and networked devices while maintaining data integrity and adhering to JLL’s asset management standards. Day‑to‑day duties involve maintaining accurate records of all OT assets, conducting regular audits and reconciliations, and collaborating with facility managers, IT, and engineering teams to support project implementations. The role also requires generating analytical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and cybersecurity requirements, and providing support for firmware and software patch management. • Maintain accurate OT asset records and ensure data integrity. • Manage full lifecycle of OT assets from acquisition to decommissioning. • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of asset inventories. • Collaborate with facility, IT, and engineering teams on asset projects. • Generate and analyze asset management reports for performance and risk insights. • Ensure OT assets comply with regulatory, safety, and cybersecurity standards, including patch management. • Serve as point of contact for Building Technology Enterprise Support and VPN account management.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, facilities management, or a related technical field, and three to five years of experience in asset management or building automation systems. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in Building Management and Automation Systems, strong cybersecurity knowledge, proficiency with asset‑management software, and excellent analytical and collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications encompass professional certifications such as CFM, CEM, or CISSP, experience with enterprise asset‑management platforms like BTAMS, and familiarity with regulatory compliance for operational technology in commercial real estate. Additional strengths include vendor relationship management, project management across multiple implementations, and superior documentation and communication abilities. The position is on‑site in Las Colinas, TX; St. Louis, MO; or West Des Moines, IA, and does not provide visa sponsorship, so candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Facilities Management, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in asset management or building automation systems. • Expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS). • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and patch management for OT. • Proficiency with asset management software and database reporting. • Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, CEM, CISSP) preferred. • Experience with Building Technology Asset Management Systems (BTAMS) or similar platforms. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for OT in commercial real estate. • Vendor relationship and contract management experience. • Project management skills for multiple simultaneous implementations.
