About the Role
The role involves crafting and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Employees take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to recipes, equipment usage, and food safety standards. They greet guests promptly, anticipate needs, provide detailed menu knowledge, and ensure order accuracy before delivery. Additional duties include opening and closing responsibilities, inventory management, reporting maintenance issues, and upholding health, safety, and security regulations. • Craft and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages with excellent customer service. • Take orders, handle payments, and operate the POS system accurately. • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to food safety standards. • Greet guests promptly, anticipate needs, and respond to requests. • Provide detailed menu knowledge, make recommendations, and accommodate allergies. • Verify order accuracy before delivery. • Perform opening and closing duties according to standard operating procedures. • Conduct inventory checks and report maintenance or safety issues. • Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of serving experience in a fast‑paced, full‑service environment such as a high‑end restaurant, club, or resort. Knowledge of ServSafe, HACCP, and local food safety standards is required, along with the ability to obtain a State Food Safety Certificate and a robust understanding of wines and beverages. Applicants should demonstrate flexibility, a positive attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and potentially long hours, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and remain calm during busy periods. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting items over fifty pounds, often in indoor and outdoor settings and various weather conditions. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Possess at least one year of serving experience in a fast‑paced, full‑service environment. • Knowledge of ServSafe, HACCP, and ability to obtain a State Food Safety Certificate. • Robust knowledge of wines and beverages. • Demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail and high service quality. • Exhibit a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and stay calm during busy periods. • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift over 50 lb, and work in various weather conditions.
