About the Role
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production • Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area • Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment • Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems • Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment • Operate and/or work around mobile equipment • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets • Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals

What You Bring
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance • Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry • 6+ months experience operating production machinery • Only candidates who are available to work these shifts will be considered. • Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift • Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing • One (1) year or more experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment

Benefits
• This role is eligible for our Performance Pay program that could offer up to a 6% quarterly bonus. • 2nd shift differential is $1.50 per hour / 3rd shift differential is $2.00 per hour • This may include overtime, holidays, and weekends. • You will have the ability to increase your compensation based on skills and contribution to the overall performance of the plant. • $23.50 per hour • Milford operates on a point based attendance program.
