About the Role

As a Security Associate you will protect HGV's property, guests, and owners by conducting inspections, investigating incidents, and providing assistance while maintaining the highest standards of service. • Perform periodic and random building and grounds inspections to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents. • Maintain inspection reports, advise management of deficiencies, and recommend remedial actions. • Investigate security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, and safety hazards, preparing detailed reports with statements from involved parties. • Assist team members, guests, and owners by answering inquiries, directing traffic, delivering packages, and solving problems. • Patrol the interior and perimeter of the resort to identify security and safety risks. • Provide basic first aid and CPR as needed. • Carry out reasonable requests from management. • Patrol the property for 8‑9 hours and be available for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You Bring

The role requires flexible scheduling, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to teamwork and friendly guest interaction. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for incident reporting and guest interaction. • Possess prior security experience in the hotel/hospitality industry or a military/law‑enforcement background. • Hold current First Aid/CPR certification and basic computer proficiency.
