IAM - Lead Analyst

About the Role

Key responsibilities include leading IGA solution deployments, driving RBAC and RBAD initiatives, overseeing application onboarding and provisioning workflows, and managing access certification and segregation‑of‑duties enforcement. The role also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define identity lifecycle policies, providing technical leadership and mentorship, and automating identity processes to improve operational efficiency. • Deploy and configure IGA solutions (Saviynt EIC/SailPoint) aligned with business and regulatory requirements. • Conduct role mining, modeling, entitlement analysis, and manage role lifecycle (RBAC/RBAD). • Design and maintain onboarding connectors, provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, and access certification campaigns. • Enforce segregation‑of‑duties policies and generate compliance reports. • Define and enforce identity lifecycle policies and access governance frameworks with cross‑team collaboration. • Mentor junior analysts and support staff, providing technical guidance. • Automate identity processes using scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript) and custom connectors. • Manage Active Directory groups/OU, cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM), and PAM integrations (Saviynt CPAM, CyberArk). • Develop and troubleshoot REST APIs and secure credentials for RPA platforms. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

What You Bring

The organization seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with 8‑10 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be proficient in cloud access management tools and have hands‑on expertise with Saviynt EIC or comparable IGA platforms such as SailPoint, covering onboarding, troubleshooting, and privileged access management. Required technical skills encompass Active Directory administration, scripting in PowerShell or JavaScript, familiarity with ABAC, least‑privilege principles, and cloud IAM services (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM). Experience with PAM tools (Saviynt CPAM, CyberArk), API integration, REST web‑service development, and database access management is essential, as are strong communication, analytical, and time‑management abilities.
