About the Role
The In‑House Marketing Specialist at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for pre‑qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for sales‑representative meetings that showcase vacation‑ownership opportunities at our resorts. The role acts as a brand ambassador and concierge, enhancing the guest experience while driving attendance to sales preview tours. • Represent Hilton Grand Vacations as a professional brand ambassador. • Provide concierge‑style local information to enhance guest experiences. • Work with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets of incoming guests. • Greet and present prospective customers, encouraging attendance at sales preview tours. • Screen and qualify leads according to company guidelines. • Schedule sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits. • Attend training sessions and department meetings; stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.
