About the Role
The role involves developing and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with sales orders and capacity, and coordinating closely with sourcing, quality control, stores, and production teams to execute daily plans. Responsibilities include running MRP, managing bills of material, converting planned orders to production orders, generating transfer and warehouse orders, monitoring real‑time floor progress, and adjusting for breakdowns or material shortages. The incumbent will act as a liaison among sales, procurement, and quality, manage lead times, maintain SAP data such as BOM, routing, and material masters, prepare MIS reports, oversee inventory levels, and ensure implementation of ECNs/ECOs while meeting departmental KRAs. • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales orders and capacity. • Coordinate daily production plans with sourcing, quality control, stores, and production teams. • Execute material requirement planning (MRP) runs to ensure component availability. • Manage bills of material (BOM) and collaborate with design/engineering and production. • Convert planned orders into production orders after confirming capacity and material. • Generate transfer and warehouse orders for order picking. • Monitor real‑time floor progress and adjust for breakdowns or shortages. • Liaise between sales, procurement, and quality to ensure workflow continuity. • Manage lead times to set realistic delivery dates. • Create and maintain BOM, routing, material master, and scheduling data in SAP. • Prepare various MIS reports and ensure ECN/ECO implementation. • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess. • Achieve departmental KRAs such as customer on‑time delivery, inventory targets, and sales goals.

What You Bring
The candidate must understand production planning and control processes in a manufacturing environment, with experience in SAP PP and Excel‑based production planning. Exposure to the HVAC industry is considered a plus. Candidates should have 7–8 years of production planning experience, preferably in manufacturing or HVAC, with hands‑on expertise in the SAP PP module. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, solid communication skills, and an engineering diploma or degree are required. • Possess 7–8 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or HVAC. • Hands‑on expertise with SAP PP module. • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Hold an engineering diploma or degree.
