About the Role

The Community Manager oversees all on‑site operations of a housing community, managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk while ensuring compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards, and fair‑housing regulations. • Oversee all on‑site community operations and report to the Regional Manager. • Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and address performance issues of staff. • Ensure staff adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and fair‑housing guidelines. • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reporting. • Implement cost‑control measures and leasing strategies to maximize net operating income. • Create and execute yearly marketing plans and resident retention programs. • Handle resident complaints, conduct unit showings, manage lease documentation, and oversee move‑ins. • Supervise maintenance: emergency response, service request turnaround, property inspections, and vendor coordination. • Maintain accurate administrative and leasing reports; manage property closeout and ownership financial statements. • Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and responding to emergencies on weekends or nights. • Maintain reliable transportation for on‑call emergency duties.

What You Bring
